Palmdale Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, blown-in insulation, spray foam insulation, batt insulation, and air sealing. All services are performed by our own licensed employees or authorized subcontractors.

A free on-site estimate is provided before any work begins. The written estimate will describe the scope of work, materials to be used, and the total cost. No work will commence until the customer has reviewed and accepted the written estimate.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion, including but not limited to projects that present safety hazards, access issues, or conditions outside our licensed scope of work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are stated in the written contract provided for each project. In general:

• A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects, as specified in the written contract.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by California law.
• We accept payment by check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Specific accepted payment methods are stated in your project contract.

5. Warranty and Workmanship

We warranty our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of project completion, unless a different warranty term is stated in your written contract. This warranty covers defects in installation that result in the insulation failing to perform as specified.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by water intrusion, moisture, pests, or structural issues
• Modifications to the insulated area made by the homeowner or other contractors after our work is completed
• Normal wear and settling over time
• Conditions that were disclosed to us before the project but accepted by the customer in writing

Materials installed may carry their own manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with any applicable manufacturer documentation at project completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
